Well, it took me long enough to get around to doing it, but I finally got my first badge.

*She holds up the Zephyr Badge, before quickly putting it away.*

Anyway, I also have a quick question, since well....

*She moves the pokégear to look behind her, showing a Charizard just relaxing and laying down behind her. The focus on him is only for a moment, before Hikari brings the device back to her.*

Anyway, now that I have a pokémon that I can ride on without feeling like I'm breaking every law of physics and risking danger, does anyone know where I can get the HM to teach him Fly? Or does anyone maybe have one that I can borrow? It'd be a lot easier for me to get around if I can fly on Charizard instead of having to walk everywhere.

*There's some snorting from Charizard in the background. It sounds like someone isn't exactly on board with Hikari's plan.*

It looks like he's around normal Charizard size, at least from what my pokédex is saying. Though he might be a little be heavier than normal.

Do you feed him too much?

... Possibly. I mean, probably not too much for a normal Charizard, but well, he's kinda lazy.

Doesn't like training? Or playing?

Pretty much. He'd rather sleep and eat all day. I usually don't let him, but well, he still manages to do it more than most Charizard, I guess.

Either that or he's just naturally a little heavier than average.

So, how is it over in Kanto?

We're just traveling around between Celadon and wherever. Catching stuff.

Kanto seems kinda nice. I don't know how it really compares to Johto though.

That's right, you guys didn't stay long here in Johto before going over there.
