Hey Tailmon! Jou-san! I'm in Cherrygrove now!

[She smiles a bit, and well... she doesn't really look all that great. Her hair's a bit messy for starters, and there's a few smudges of dirt on her face. And probably the rest of her as well. Still, she doesn't look upset. She's still smiling.]

It'd probably be a good idea for us to leave tomorrow at the earliest, though. I probably need to restock on some things. And sleeping in a bed tonight would be pretty nice too.

[Though, maybe there were some other people here she talked to that she could actually meet in person if they wanted. Though that reminded her of something...]

Oh hey, Daisuke-kun. If you're listening to this, how did picking up Yamato-san go?

[Hikari's eyes lit up as she saw Jou heading right towards her.]

Jou-san! It's good to see you again!

[He is promptly followed by his seal rolling her way right past the both of them with a happy squeak.]

Likewise. Surprisingly, I'm not as worse for wear as I thought I'd be. Though, I can't really say the same about you. Rough travel...?

[Hikari giggled a bit.]

Yeah, you could say that. I kinda... fell a bit. And Eevee decided to chase and beat up a few Ratatta.

[As for Tailmon, she'd been momentarily stunned on seeing Hikari's transmission - such a seemingly sudden but thoroughly welcome development. Two weeks was really no time at all to wait, she knew, but it any period could still feel long - and at some point she'd hustled through Cherrygrove to put an end to it with a Togepi toddling and Zubat flapping after her, finally running toward two familiar faces with a smile eager to close the distance between herself and her longtime partner.]

I'm here!

[She nods over with a look to Jou as she slows down approaching.] I see you and Jou found each other.

[Hikari smiled, looking over at Tailmon as she came closer to her. Just... wow. It was one thing to know that she was human now, it was another to see it in person.]

You look really good, Tailmon. How've you and your pokémon been handling everything here?

Jeeze. We should probably rest here for a little bit. You're pretty beat and you know this place better than I do.

[fussfussfuss]

It won't set us back too far, right?

Yeah, that's definitely a good idea.

I mean, I need a shower at the least. And we should be okay. It might make the difference of a day or so, but well, we haven't actually been doing much traveling. We've been staying in Violet.

As long as they're not being too hasty to run off, we can take a rest. I think we both need it.

[Hikari giggled.]

Yeah, they shouldn't be. Daisuke-kun and Yamato-san got lost on the way from Mahagony to Violet, so they're in Goldenrod right now anyway. Though they'll likely get back to Violet before us.

So, you think we should leave tomorrow or the day after?
